I don't see a dedicated support forumn so I'll throw the question/comment out here.

About a month ago, this program stopped functioning for me.
While there is a ton of 'issues', I think the core one is that the system finds 0 hands to scan, and then everything goes downhill from there, including can't find table names and so on. I think if I can solve the first problem everything else will fall in place.

However, there are no options to set and its not working. How should I go about trying to get this software working again?
